Modern industrial cleaning with dry ice

The IceMaster AL blasting device is a cleaning device that uses carbon dioxide (CO2).
The device is usually fed with liquid carbon dioxide from a carbon dioxide bottle with rising pipe or tanks.

The supply line to the blasting pistol is a hose for the liquid carbon dioxide.
In the blasting pistol, a special process converts the liquid carbon dioxide to solid carbon dioxide particles. The solid carbon dioxide particles are ejected by the blasting pistol out of the nozzle at a high speed.

The jet leaving the nozzle of the blasting pistol is used for the cooling, the cleaning and removal of coating in the technical areas.

The carbon dioxide flow is mechanically interrupted, respectively regulated, with a regulating valve.
